As one of the longest-standing Frontline Management providers in Central Queensland, our Frontline Management qualifications are used extensively by both individuals and organisations to:

•  Prepare individuals to extend their capabilities in team leadership
•  Consolidate initial team leadership experience into management of a wider group or function

Historically, this program has been facilitated over a series of two day workshops within a 24 month period, with participants completing the required number of workshops for the qualification they have chosen.  The dynamic and changing nature of the training and development marketplace has indicated a more flexible and streamlined approach is required in the provision of the Frontline Management Qualification and in response, Baraka Training & Management have revised the format for the very popular Frontline Management Workshop Program.

Compared with their counterparts in the past, contemporary organisations have flatter management structures, fewer employees, and are required to be more internationally competitive and responsive.
